Jupiter Hotel Wetherby

The staff were great. The room wassuper clean and cozy, offering a pleasant night's sleep. The bathroom could use some updates as the extractor fan was not working and there was no shampoo provided. A decent place for a short getaway with a cute atmosphere.

We had a good bedroom. We had a garden view.

The property is pleasant, it has courteous staff in all areas. This hotel offers warm rooms with comfy bed, shower plus refurbishment-carpets. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. The location is incredible and handy, 15 minutes' walk to Police Box Wetherby.

The only benefit of this hotel was that it was close to the location of a wedding we were to attend.

The hotel looked really tired everything was old and worn in the hotel which really didn't set the standard that was expected. The bathroom was even worse, grout in the tiles and the fittings around bottom on shower were black (something you get from an old shower/bath). Just generally didn't get a good feeling from the hotel, only suitable for those who were using it for a flying visit and wouldn't be in the hotel for a long period of time such as business people etc and us being out at a wedding.

We only stayed the one night but would use again. We hope to be in the area next month and will use this hotel again.A good base for local towns e.g. Harrogate and very close to the A1(M)

Units with comfy bed. Perfect room, unbeatable location.

The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good but the room was very dated and the bathroom was a bit grubby.

Peaceful and quiet a very comfortable hotel. Close to main roads without the traffic noise.

The hotel was very easy to find. It was central for so many places .We had a big family wedding at another venue and Ramada was able to facilitate rooms for so many of us . The town was walking distance and although the catering was good in the hotel the fact it was so close to the town you could adventure to new eating and drinking facilities,

There was not really anything ....it was as expected

The location was good for my purpose which was a visit to Beverley. The presentaton of the room left much to be desired. Why is there not a shower mat , and why no toilet brush??? I also do like rooms which have a connecting door to another room.

The room was quiet and very clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the replenished toiletries. Easy access from the motorway was a plus. Breakfast offered good variety with fresh pastries ☕

I found the staff rude, the bathroom had not been cleaned and there were half used bottles of shower gel left. The room was cold but there were no extra blankets and the bed was particularly uncomfortable.

Had to change room bad smell in mine its like Faulty Towers

Can recommend for a lightning trip

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a clean shower that met our needs during our short stay. The staff were efficient in addressing our request for a hairdryer.

No issues here.
